     Born and raised in Dana Point and San Clemente, Catrina is a third-generation local whose life has been shaped by the coastal lifestyle she now helps clients call their own. Aside from seven years on Maui, she's spent her life along the Southern California shoreline, where her family’s legacy runs deep—her grandparents owned Mason’s BBQ on El Camino Real in the 1950s, and her parents raised her in the same home she and her husband later purchased to raise their three children. Catrina carries forward the traditions, resilience, and warmth passed down through her family.

Before becoming a real estate advisor, Catrina built a distinguished 20-year career in the Action Sports industry. As buyer and head of operations for Quiksilver stores, she sharpened her skills in leadership, negotiation, and client relations—skills that now define her real estate career.
